I draw on over a decade of practice & over 1000 training hours in yoga, pranayama, meditation and movement, plus two years studying Holistic Lifestyle Coaching at the CHEK Institute. We take a grounded, honest look at what's pulling you out of balance, and what to do about it.

Those of us who struggle to maintain a state of balance or consistency in our good habits, and could just use a partner to help us get clear on what we want and how to get there. Maybe we're tight on time but know something needs to change — that's what I'm here for :)
