1:1 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

For those ready to do the deeper work — an honest, ongoing conversation based on the six foundation principles of breathing, hydration, nutrition, sleep, movement and mindset. It is not a quick fix or a programme — it's a return to the natural intelligence of our body, with someone there to walk the path with you.

This is for those of us who, like me for most of my life, feel that we have lost connection with our centre. I am not here to teach anything, but simply to guide you back towards the teacher within.

Sessions run online or in person in Bali. We start with a quick 15-minute chat to explore whether or not the fit is right — zero obligation.
